Vascular Injuries
Major vascular injuries following trauma account for 40–75 % of vascular injuries treated in civilian trauma centres, with the majority resulting from penetrating trauma.

VARICOSE VEINS
Varicose veins are twisted, enlarged veins. Any superficial vein may become varicose, but the veins most commonly affected are those in your legs.

VENOUS ULCERS
A wound on the leg or ankle caused by abnormal or damaged veins. Venous ulcers are due to abnormal vein function. People may inherit a tendency for abnormal veins.
